Why does this cost anything if it is just a conversation?
The conversation with Ana takes 30 minutes, the analysis behind it does not. Every answer is checked against our operations knowledge base, industry benchmarks, and your specific situation before it becomes a prioritized recommendation with real numbers, then reviewed by a person on our team. That is the same depth as a two week consulting engagement, compressed into 48 hours.
What happens to my data?
Honestly: the conversation runs on a voice AI stack whose speech-recognition and speech-generation components currently run through US-based providers, covered by data processing agreements with standard contractual safeguards. A fully EU-hosted, real-time voice AI stack at a reasonable cost does not exist yet. The transcript and the analysis itself are stored on EU servers, since Vectimo is an EU company. You are told at the start of the call that it is being recorded. A full list of the providers involved is available on request.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You talk the way you would on a normal phone call, Ana asks the questions. No login, no software to install, a link in your browser is enough.
What if nothing useful comes out of it for us?
The quick wins in the report are written to be specific enough that you can act on them without us, that is intentional. The walkthrough afterwards clarifies whether and how a next step makes sense for you. You decide afterwards, there is no sales pressure and no automatic follow-on booking.
We already use TSD, Coastr, RENTALL, or another PMS, does that change?
No. The assessment and any follow-on automation work run on top of your existing PMS or telematics stack, not as a replacement for it. We specifically check during the conversation where your current system already automates something and where it deliberately does not.
Is it legitimate to talk to an AI instead of a person?
Yes. Where EU rules apply, you must be told clearly at the start of a conversation that you are speaking with an AI, and we do that for every conversation regardless of where you are based. Ana does not replace a consulting conversation, she gathers information, and a person then does the analysis itself.
How long does the whole thing take?
