Felix Steinhauser is the founder of Vectimo, an AI consulting and automation agency for European mid-market companies, based in Barcelona. Before Vectimo, he spent fourteen years at SIXT SE, ending as Director of AI Strategy & Delivery. In that role he led AI strategy across a global rental fleet — from yield management and customer intelligence to agent-driven operations workflows.
Vectimo concentrates on two verticals: German property management firms (Hausverwaltungen) with 100-2,000 units, and independent car rental operators in the United States and the United Kingdom. Both industries share the same shape — heavy manual workload, sensitive tenant or customer data, and a clear ROI from targeted micro-automation. Vectimo does not replace platforms; it wraps existing ERPs and PMSs with API-level AI overlays.
Felix holds the AWS Certified AI Practitioner certification (AIF-C01, April 2026) and four Anthropic Academy certifications (Claude API, MCP, Agent Skills, Bedrock Integration). German native, fluent English, conversational Spanish.
